How do I get started with BookAI?
Visit bookai.ca and click "Request Free Trial". Fill out the form, and once approved, you'll receive an email with your login link. Then choose your phone number and start receiving AI-answered calls!
What's included in the free trial?
Your trial includes a dedicated Canadian phone number, 10 AI-handled calls, full dashboard access, call recordings and transcripts, webchat booking, and calendar integration - all with no credit card required.
How does the AI receptionist work?
When customers call your BookAI number, our AI answers professionally, has a natural conversation, collects their information, and books appointments directly into your calendar. You receive email notifications and can review recordings.
Can I customize what the AI says?
Yes! You can customize the greeting, add your services, set business hours, choose from different AI voices, and add special instructions for promotions or specific responses.
How do I connect my calendar?
Go to Dashboard → Calendar Integration. Click "Connect Google Calendar" or "Connect Outlook" and follow the prompts. Once connected, appointments sync automatically and the AI checks your availability.
What happens after my trial ends?
After your trial, choose a subscription plan to continue. Your phone number, settings, and all appointment data are preserved. Plans start at $89/month for 30 calls.
